Nature is a form of massage that relaxes a person's mind, and lets them forget about other things; like problems for example. According to an article by Scientific American, all kinds of people are used to the same routine almost everyday of their life's, causing for the brain to get used to repetition: which makes a person feel unhealthy, causing them to age faster. (ScientificAmericanInc.) Thats why it's good for people to go out on nature walks and smell the fresh air along with enjoying the beautiful sceneries that nature offers to them. It's a form of therapy that helps people relax and makes them think of peace, instead of stressing out.
Research shows that out of all the kinds of trees that there are, fruit trees are the most beneficial towards relaxing the mind of a human due to their fruit and animals that visit them. (Almanac) The article explains that the smell of the fruit and the experience of looking at the creatures that come and visit the tree offers a peaceful space in their brain that helps them relax and forget about any other problems they might have.
My apple tree has really helped me experience nature as it really is and has helped me relax every afternoon after boxing practice. Doing the same thing everyday can be boring and make you feel older and older as the days go by, atleast that's how I felt until I got the chance to observe my apple tree and taste it's delicious fruit called an Apple.
