This was a very delicious apple that made my taste buds feel very happy. The first slice of apple that I ate was so sweet that it seemed like I was eating a handful of green skittles. It was almost as though my taste buds were having a party on my tongue. I'm surprised that this apple still had a good taste, because after hanging for so long I would have imagined it tasting sour and nasty. Two days after my last blog, I told my mom to come with me to get some apples from the tree. I'm glad we went and got the good apples left on the tree before the birds attacked them and left them all nasty, because if not then there would have not been any good looking apples.
The moment my mom cut the apple into slices, I saw that it contained a lot of juice in it and looked good. Since I saw that the apple tasted good after all, I told my mom why not make an apple salad for later. So she did and let me tell you, it was very delicious and healthy. I think next time I'm gonna help her make an apple pie. Some of the benefits of having an apple tree are that you can have as many apples as you want and can do almost anything with them. The benefit that I gained from having an apple tree is that I can eat apples in different ways: from salads to pies and even as a snack.
I have also discoverd that there are less apples hanging from the tree now, compared to a couple of weeks ago. I wonder when they will all fall down. But for now I'm enjoying the beautiful scenes that it offers me.

I like how you explain the many benefits an apple tree can have: apple pie, apple salad and even the apple itself. I used to have an apple tree but it die and never have me a good juicy apple–you are very fortunate.
ReplyDeleteI love the part about the apple tasting like green skittles, and your taste buds having a party in your mouth. It reminded me of a commercial I've seen about Pepsi and Coca Cola. I used to have an apple tree as well but it got cut down. They were some good apples and I was able to make a bunch of delicious stuff with them. Nice blog, it was fun to read!
